Yes. The Full-Day Bootcamp is designed for beginners and light AI users who want a strong foundation across the most useful tools.
Do I need a laptop and accounts?+
Yes, bring a laptop. A paid ChatGPT account is required as free accounts time out during sessions. All other accounts needed are free. We will send a prep email with setup instructions before the event.
What's your refund/cancellation policy?+
Full refund up to 7 days before the event. After 7 days, contact us to transfer your seat to a colleague or another BizAccessHub program. Email dawn@bizaccesshub.com.
Accessibility and parking?+
NKU Haile College of Business is fully accessible with on-site parking. Let us know in advance if you need specific accommodations.
Will you provide templates and slides?+
Yes. Every attendee receives a participant copy of the slide deck and the prompts from the program, sent after the session.
Will you cover HIPAA or legal compliance?+
We cover practical responsible-use guidelines. We do not provide legal or HIPAA-specific compliance advice.
What if I'm already using ChatGPT a bit?+
Great. You'll still pick up structure, advanced techniques, and 7 more tools that work together.
